Crystal Palace approach Chelsea about Batshuayi availability
Crystal Palace have sounded out Chelsea about the availability of Michy Batshuayi.
The Mirror says Palace have asked Chelsea about taking Batshuayi on loan for the second half of the season.
The Belgian has spent the first half of it on loan at Valencia.
But the La Liga side are expected to cut short his time in Spain and send him back to Stamford Bridge.
That will pave the way for Palace, who are considering a move for the player in a bid to bolster their attacking options.
Batshuayi has managed just three goals in 20 appearances for Valencia this season and, according to reports in Spain, will be returned to his parent club
It would be recall that batsuayi was once on the pay roll of Dortmund where he scored goals that made Dortmund to attempt permanent signing from his parent club Chelsea.
Dortmund snapped up Batshuayi on a six-month loan but without an option to buy.he was loaned out to Valencia in Spanish laliga, his form so far is not encouraging as was his loan move to Dortmund,he has scored 5 goals in 23 outings so far for the laliga club.
