Reading have signed Liverpool midfielder Ovie Ejaria on loan until the end of the season. The 21-year-old who has been part of Liverpool‘s academy since leaving Arsenal in 2014, was given his first-team debut by Klopp in 2016 during an EFL Cup third-round win at Derby County. AC Milan striker Gonzalo Higuain has AGREED to join Chelsea, according to sources in Spain. Marca says the deal will be completed in the next few hours, with the 31-year-old becoming the London club's second signing of the transfer window after Christain Pulisic. Higuain's arrival will signal the departure of Alvaro Morata - with Sevilla keen on the Spaniard. Higuain has been on loan at AC Milan from Juventus but has not hit form this season and Chelsea are prepared to pay his €40m transfer fee as well as his €8m a year wages. Maurizio Sarri is keen to reunite with the Argentine international after they enjoyed a productive spell together at Napoli, where the former Real Madrid man netted 37 goals.

Arsenal are being heavily linked with a sensational big-money move for unhappy Colombian James Rodriquez. Speculation is mounting that the Premier League club have had a £63 million offer ACCEPTED for the Bayern Munich star. Chelsea are looking to sell Tammy Abraham. According to The Sun, Wolves have offered £18 million for the striker, who is on loan at Aston Villa. The Englishman would cut short his season long loan at Villa Park if the transfer goes ahead. Wolves want to add the 21-year-old to their team now, to help their chances of finishing in the top half of the Premier League. Abraham has 16 goals in 20 games for Villa, netting 12 in his past 10 matches.

Watford will block Abdoulaye Doucoure from joining PSG this month. PSG are keen on bringing the £50million-rated midfielder. However, the Evening Standard claim Watford will reject any offers during this transfer window. The Hornets are currently in ninth on the Premier League table and do not want to disrupt their progress by offloading one of their top players. When they do decide to sell Doucoure, Watford will stand to make a significant profit on the £8m they paid Rennes for him in 2015.

Inter Milan are prepared to sign Manchester United veteran Ashley Young on a two-year deal. Young, 33, is out of contract with United at the end of the season and negotiations over an extension have stalled. The Englishman is holding out for a longer contract than the one-year deal put on the table by United. He could get that longer deal from Inter Milan, according to The Sun. Inter's Serie A rivals Roma are also interested in the fullback, with Young free to negotiate with foreign clubs this month.

Barcelona chiefs are launching Bosman bids this week for French pair Adrien Rabiot and Jean-Clair Todibo. PSG midfielder Rabiot and Toulouse defender Todibo are both off contract at the end of this season, leaving Barca now free to formally discuss pre-contract terms. Mundo Deportivo says Barca are eager to tie up deals for both French youngsters as quickly as possible and negotiations will kick off today. Barca are confident they already have the commitment of Todibo, though Rabiot is proving a tougher case. The midfielder has raised his personal demands in recent days to €10m-a-year plus a €10m signing on bonus - something which Barca refuse to countenance.
